This programme is tailored for investors who intend to be acquainted with appropriate avenues to invest in property in Malaysia and also familiarize themselves with the environment here.   The highlights of the programme include a seminar and Q & A session conducted by property consultant. The seminar touches on the property investment potential in Malaysia, the related investment laws and regulations. An exciting city tour arranged by our associate partner Happy Holidays Sdn Bhd will let you discover first-hand the lifestyle of the Malaysian people.     Malaysia My Second Home ¨C Support Services   As an approved agent for the MM2H programme we can assist you in your application and renewal of your visas. Please note the Malaysian government has set a maximum fee of RM10,000 for agents assisting with the application and collecting the visa.     Application For Visa   The initial application can be made without coming to Malaysia. You only need to travel here when the letter of ¡°conditional approval¡± is issued.   Our services are as set below :   Assistance with any questions relating to the programme and preparing the application Submission of all required forms to government authorities and follow through to approval (or decline). Advising you as soon as the application is approved. If appropriate we make an appeal if your application is declined (there is no additional charge) Assisting you with meeting the other conditions ¨C opening a bank account, obtaining medical insurance and arranging medical examination Transport from Kuala Lumpur to Immigration department in PutraJaya (about 45 minutes drive from Kuala Lumpur) to collect your MM2H visa Assistance with any questions relating to settling into Malaysia     Application To Import A Car   Our services are set as follows :   Assisting with the preparation of the various documents Submitting them to the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and collecting them when approved Upon obtaining MOF approval submitting a request to the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MITI) for approval and collecting them when ready     Application To Buy A Tax Free Car In Malaysia   Our services are set as follows :   Assisting with the preparation of the various documents Submitting them to the Ministry of Finance Collecting the approved documents when they are ready Note: You have 12 months to obtain approval from the date your MM2H visa is approved. The application may be done in one step if you have the engine and chassis number of the car or two steps if you first obtain approval to buy a specific model and then order the car.     Extension Of Visa ¨C New Passport   This applies to applicants who did not get the full ten years visa because their passport expired before the full ten years.   We offer the following services :   Assistance with preparing the documents to obtain the renewal. Transport to Putrajaya to submit the application and collect the extension (only one trip is usually necessary). If for any reason additional trips are necessary we will include them in the above price.     Application To Renew Your Visa   This is when your ten (or five) year visa expires. We offer the following services:   Assistance with preparing the documents to obtain the renewal. Submit your application on your behalf and place our personal bond on your behalf. Inform you when your visa is ready for pick up. Transport from Kuala Lumpur to Putrajaya to collect the visa when it is ready.
